Search the Export Declaration Status/Exit Summary Declaration (EXS)

This service provides the possibility to search and monitor the status of the Export Declaration/Export Summary Declaration (EXS) for the stages of the procedure. The current status of the declaration lodged in ICISnet can be retrieved by entering the Master Reference Number (MRN) in the relevant search field. The MRN is assigned by the Trans-European Export System to the Export/EXS transaction. The status of the declaration is divided into that assigned when the customs office is acting as the Customs office of export and that assigned when it is acting as the Customs office of exit.

Important Note :

This possibility is provided in the context of facilitating traders (e.g. Exporting companies, private persons, transit operators, carriers, persons at Exit) involved in the Export/EXS process at the Customs offices of Export and Exit. By being informed about the current status of a movement, traders are facilitated in avoiding errors and in the smooth processing of the remaining steps of the Export/Exit procedure. The search results can in no way replace the Export/EXS transaction statuses displayed within the Export Control System.
